Our company, which began operating in the field of flour products in 2005, and developed in the direction of baklava production and sale since 2013, operates with the production and sale of national and Turkish baklava. Preparing baklava, adhering to the ancient traditions of preparation, and at the same time applying innovations, requires a great responsibility. Understanding this responsibility, we entered this field, which requires finesse, with great perseverance. In order to cope with the task, we started working together with professional local masters from Gaziantep, the baklava center of Turkey. Here, we learned the practices applied in the production of Turkish baklava brands and applied them in our own production. At present, we present traditional national and Turkish baklavas with their own taste with production based on the latest technologies.
